This beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath, three-story waterfront home sleeps up to 8 guests and offers breathtaking 180-degree views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding coastal marsh. Whether you’re planning a family getaway, fishing trip, girls’ weekend, or relaxing escape, Eagle Nest gives you the perfect home base for experiencing Florida’s Nature Coast.
Step outside and enjoy the water from nearly every level of the home. Each floor features its own spacious deck, giving everyone plenty of room to gather, dine, relax, or simply take in the spectacular sunsets.
Cool off in the private pool (or request to have it heated) overlooking the Gulf, launch one of the home’s two kayaks or stand-up paddleboard, or cruise around the area on the two complimentary beach cruiser bikes.
For the ultimate waterfront experience, Eagle Nest also features a large private dock (30 feet), perfect for fishing, watching wildlife, soaking up the sunshine, or bringing your own boat. Fishing equipment is not provided, but everything you need to get out on the water is conveniently nearby. A marina, boat ramp, bait shop, and other boating and fishing amenities are all within a half-mile of the home.
After a day on the water, head downstairs to the private bar area, complete with a mini-fridge—perfect for keeping drinks cold and enjoying a little downtime with your group.

We spent 10 days here and it was exactly what we were looking for! The house was exactly as advertised and matched the reviews from others, and the pool was perfect, neighborhood is quiet and the views are amazing. We had daily visits from a couple dolphins and saw manatees from the dock!There are really good restaurants close by, Spring Hill is 10 minutes away with all shopping needs, Tampa Airport is an hour away and we went kayaking up Weeki Wachee springs and saw manateesWe would absolutely rent again!

Great remote quiet spot for a family, kids loved the bunk room. Located on a tidal waterway, saw a manatee and lots of birds at low tide. Heated pool was a hit as the temps were 40 degrees at night. 3 Kayaks available to use from dock, pool floats available. Beach is about a 20 minutes drive but closed for bacteria during our stay. To access pool and laundry, a walk down to basement and out sliders (a bit difficult to open)to heated pool. The kitchen was well equipped.The layout:1st floor-master bedroom with bath with canal views2nd floor- 1 bedroom with canal views2nd floor-3rd bedroom with 2 sets bunk beds 2nd floor Bathroom in hall between 2 bedroomsLaundry and pool access in basementBring your binoculars- lots of birds and a manatee to watchSmall local Pine Island Beach about 20 minute drive.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is as advertised and Heather was very attentive. The family really liked the wildlife interactions. We had a pair of Dolphins hang out at the dock for 5 to 10 minutes, made the trip for my daughters. Seen several manatees. The top deck was a favorite spot for the greats views of the Gulf.
