This condominium is situated as close to the Gulf as you can get at Silver Shells Beach Resort and Spa! St. Maarten 305 is located in the center of the prestigious St. Maarten building, and the view from your private Balcony is spectacular! The semi-private Elevator which delivers you directly to your vacation home is a unique and very convenient feature that distinguishes it from all the rest. This entire home also has travertine tile throughout. Both the Master Bedroom and Living Room face the Gulf of Mexico and offer great views and access to the private Gulf-front Balcony. The Kitchen is fully equipped with seating in the Dining Room and at the Breakfast Bar. Every Bedroom as well as the Living Room all have flat-screen televisions.

The second Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed, twin over full bunk beds with a twin pull-out trundle, a flat-screen television, its own private Bathroom with a tub-shower combination and also shares the North facing 2nd Balcony. The two additional full bathrooms give everyone space to get ready for any Destin adventure.

Beautiful property meticulously maintained. This is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in over the many years of family vacations here. Silver Shells continues to invest in their property and it shows. We travel a lot and this is by far the nicest place to stay.

Great location and facility. Right on the beach, the pool was great, and right next to a seafood restaurant and coffee/frozen yogurt shop! The condo was clean and fit our group with plenty of room!

The condo was amazing! We stayed with 3 kids under 7, and 2 adults. Plenty of room and perfect location on a beach that is not to crowded! We will def come again!!!

Location and view were great. The private elevator was a plus, but the floors we really dirty. We were somewhat surprised that some of the basic supplies where not included. We were only given on extra trash bag for a six day stay, only one roll of paper towels, no coffee filters and no salt and pepper. Basic items that have always been available at any other Vrbo we have rented. For the cost, I can honestly say I would not rent this property again
