About this house rental
Family-friendly home in quiet neighborhood close to everything San Diego has to offer! 15 minutes to La Jolla Shores, 20 minutes to Pacific Beach, Balboa Park, downtown, Petco Park, and airport.
Enjoy parks, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and more, all about 1.5 miles away (we often walked to them with our children when we lived here).
Home has a master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bath with shower/tub combo, second bedroom with queen bed, third bedroom with two twin beds, and a full size fold out couch in the living room. Second bathroom also has shower/tub combo.
Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to make a meal during your stay.
The fully fenced backyard is great for relaxing, playing, or dining outside. Feel free to grab an avocado or orange from the trees.
Wifi, washer and dryer, and plenty of toys help make sure everyone enjoys their stay!

We stayed at Mitch’s property for a week. This house is located in a nice & quiet neighborhood.Nice kitchen & living room area to hangout with friends and family. Very clean & large backyard. Spent my mornings there.We had a vehicle so no issues going around. No issues communicating with Mitch and super helpful.

Our 4-sister weekday stay was great. The home is super clean and Mitch responded quickly to any questions and everything we needed was available. This is an older home and we noticed some of the electric plugs were a little loose for holding chargers we plugged in. The air conditioning worked well and we had control of the thermostat which isnt always the case in VRBOs. Oh and the driveway parking is nice as is the easy entry and exit. The neigborhood felt safe for four, 60 something ladies. Thanks Mitch!!

Check-in process was easy. Host was responsive and kind! House was nice and clean with all we needed for a week stay! Neighborhood was nice, quiet, and safe. Enjoyed that it wasn’t too far from the beaches. Would definitely stay here again!
