About this apartment rental
Our popular ground floor condo at Hale Kai O'Kihei is approximately 100 feet of grassy area to the sandy ocean edge with no roads in between. Just a convenient few steps to ocean activities and to walk the beach for miles in either direction. Your camera will be "clicking" as you view the magnificent sunsets in the evenings and during the day (Dec _ April), paddle boarders, windsurfers, boats cruising to Molokini, etc.
Our unit has tile in the hallway, bathroom and kitchen and
"comfy to walk on" carpet in the bedroom and livingroom.
Well equipped kitchen for those who love to gas
BBQ (located four units away at the end of the building)
AND a coin operated laundry in the beeezeway (middle of
building).
Shops, small tourist type outdoor market, fast foods, grocery
stores, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors office, banks, etc
all within walking distance.
Many of our guests return year and year and refer to Hale Kai O'Kihei as their "home away from home"

The property was in a great location. Pool, bbq well maintained. The condo itself was disappointing. The carpet as well as the rest of the condo was filthy. Fridge was not wiped down on the inside. The whole interior of the property needs a complete refreshing. Heavy dust every where. House keeper has not done job. Window pane was out over the ac which is mildewed & dirty. We put it back in. I have pics to back up my complaint. Exhaust fan in bathroom was full of lint and dirt. I took it down and cleaned it for fear of a fire hazard. And again, we have the pics to back up my complaint.
