The location is perfect, the building is smaller and not overcrowded. Parking lot is small but there were always spaces available. Easy to get to your car. Grocery store a block away, large shopping centers and tons of food options within a mile in either direction. Ocean view is perfection, cute little balcony to sit out on. This unit has renovated bathrooms and kitchen, updated furniture. Good supply of dishes, silverware and cookware. Plenty of paper products. Previous renters left chairs, cooler, sun shades, sunscreen, books. The older furniture pictured in listing is not in this unit which was a nice surprise. There are many units here under the same management company so I think the pictures are from all the units together. Beach access is direct from property. The pool was in great condition. Saw it being cleaned daily. Management company checked in with us several times. We do recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

No elevator, older building. Original slider patio door was very heavy and difficult to slide open and closed. Railings are not child safe on stairs, landings or balcony. However the door is too heavy for any toddler to get open on their own. Netting is offered at rental office. We were aware of no elevator when booking. Just choose your floor with that in mind if stairs are a concern. In specific unit there was a lot of peeling paint on closet door framing and some unfinished renovation work. No spices or basic seasonings for cooking. Cookie sheet or sheet tray for oven would be a good addition.

・ところどころ古い。扉や網戸の建て付けが悪かったり、窓が開かなかったり。 ・アメニティが不足。ボックスティッシュ(スペアがない)や歯ブラシ、シャンプー、コンディショナーなど。

The king bed was Extremely hard. No oven mitts on site .

beachfront condo easy access to Kihie town

Condo was great for location and beachfront property except there were construction supplies in the closets (ie: paint) no space for our luggage (looks like the were rushing to renovate), bedroom #2 sliding door wont even open/ surf board provided is broken
