Ample room for four adults. Can do laundry there. Close to the beach and walking distance to many eateries, yet the area is quieter than other parts of Kihei we passed through. Saw many green sea turtles on the beach at sunset. The beach is very clean too. The host is very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at the 1-bedroom in the heart of Kihei. The location is fantastic — just a 3-minute walk from Keawakapu Beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy morning swims or sunset strolls. Inside the space is thoughtfully designed and comfortable. The island-style chair was a nice touch and very comfortable for relaxing. We also appreciated the practical details — the fan in the bathroom worked really well and kept things fresh, and the waterfall-style faucet added a touch of elegance. The kitchen and laundry facilities were well stocked, which made the stay smooth and enjoyable. The art and décor added real charm and helped the place feel like a thoughtfully cared-for home rather than just a rental. Overall we felt very comfortable and well looked after here. The combination of a great location, nice design touches, and full amenities made it a stay we’d happily repeat.

Was close to a great beach and close to grocery store. Had washer and dryer which was handy. Price was good. A/C was excellent. Nice kitchen. Great TVs. Nice pool. Very pretty complex.

Unfortunately they were doing roof construction during our trip. There was trash everywhere, it was loud and ladders and tools blocked the walkways. Several times we had to push my mother's wheelchair through the wet grass to get around it. We booked this place based on being handicap accessible. It wasn't really. But we made the best of it. Also alot of homeless camping around this place. The apartment was decent but the extra beds were just fold out couches and were very uncomfortable. I purchased air mattresses, put on top, to make them sleepable. Left those there for the next family. The main bed was good and the AC was great. I'm being super critical, but it's an expensive trip so you expect a certain level. This place is good just not what I thought we were getting for the price. But if you ok with 1 bed and 2 folding couches. You don't have a wheelchair, then it's a really great place.
