Very nice and welcoming 50sqm apartment overlooking the internal courtyard
It has a bedroom with double bed, open wardrobe, living room with kitchenette, sofa for 2 people.
It is in a private avenue, 3rd floor with lift and PARKING SPACE (in the condominium avenue where the parking space is located - there is no assigned parking space)
The Posillipo hill is a very quiet and exclusive area with wonderful views!! Close to the center (2KM). nearby there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets
The apartment consists of a small living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with walk-in closet and complete bathroom with shower.
The three windows overlook the internal courtyard.
The apartment is graceful, refined and very comfortable.
The heating is shared by the condominium, the switching on times will be respected as per the condominium resolution.
For the summer period, there is an air conditioning split in the living room.
IMPORTANT!!!!!
During their stay, guests have 5 Kwatt of daily electricity consumption at their disposal, the surplus is calculated at € 0.7 per Kwatt. (the meter is checked at check-in and then the consumption report is made at check-out)
For check-in and check-out times can possibly be agreed according to the needs of the guest and the availability of the structure.
