Beautiful 1BD + den Miami Beach condo with spectacular views of the ocean and the famous Miami skyline. This perfectly located residence Includes 2 full bathrooms, access to the Beach Club and a conveniently located parking spot. Rental periods vary monthly, please message.

The building is conveniently located in mid-beach, about 20 minutes to the airport, 10-15 minutes to Bal Harbour shops, 10-15 minutes to Lincoln Road, 15 minutes to Midtown/ Design District/ Wynwood.
Master bedroom has a kingsize bed, flat screen tv. En-suite bathroom, with shower, jacuzzi and walk-in closet.
There is a comfortable queen size murphy bed located in den area right by full second bathroom. Please see pictures how space transforms from a hang-out area into full sleeping area.
A queen size air mattress also provided (in master walk-in) for additional guests.
Allison park located just a few steps north of the building with bike rentals available.
There is a 711 and gas station just across the street. Walgreens and Avis/Budget car rental located at 67th and Collins (5 minutes north).
Please note:
The Akoya Condo Association requires all renters through airbnb to complete a tenant application. The cost of the application is $100 and the applicant can pay directly through the website with any major credit card brands. In addition, the building requires a security deposit (for the common areas) handed directly to them upon check-in and returned upon completion of stay.
