CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.

We liked it very much. The only problem was that the elevators were temporarily closed and several people walked up to their condos on the 13th to 14th floors or waited a long time until they could go up.

No complaints about condo EXCEPT (1) heater stopped heating the afternoon of the blizzard; however, Tom from VRBO weathered the storm and repaired the heater. (2) the building elevators ceased working on 2 separate days resulting in climbing up 15 flights of stairs; however, George from the HOA used an emergency feature of the elevator to transport our luggage and us to our car on the day of departure.
