Welcome to Ocean House 2801, a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo offering 1,320 sq. ft. of inviting coastal comfort. This spacious retreat accommodates up to 10 guests—perfect for families or groups looking to relax and unwind in Gulf Shores, AL.
Step inside and enjoy the open, welcoming living space featuring a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer provide all the comforts and conveniences of home. With panoramic Gulf views and an unbeatable location just one mile west of The Hangout, you'll be close to shops, restaurants, and popular local attractions.
The primary bedroom is en-suite and offers direct access to the north-facing balcony. The first guest bedroom features Gulf-front balcony access and direct entry to a shared bathroom that also connects to the hallway for added convenience. The second guest bedroom is also en-suite, providing comfort and privacy for everyone in your group.
The Ocean House II complex offers exceptional resort-style amenities, including a large beachside zero-entry pool, kiddie pool, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads straight to the beach.

- Primary Bedroom: King bed + private bathroom access + private balcony access
- Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed + semi-private bathroom access + private balcony access
- Guest Bedroom 2: Twin over twin bunk + twin bed + twin trundle + private bathroom access
- Living Room: Full sleeper sofa

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.
• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.
• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.
• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Amazing views. 2 masters and 2 balconies. Super convent location. Excellent customer service. Did I say absolutely breathtaking gorgeous views!!! I can’t brag enough on this place. My daughter is in college nearby and this from now on this will be our spot to visit in May when we pick her up and in August when we drop her off. I might even try to swing up here for spring break and fall break also. I absolutely love the beach and I’ve been looking for a location that’s reasonably priced, clean and all my whole family can fit in so that we can do return visits. And we finally found our spot. Thanks for letting us stay!

Perfect stay. End unit with lots of space. Washer and dryer worked well and lots of kitchen items you would need to cook. Pool was heated and beach chairs for rent.

Unloaded all luggage only to find out elevator wasn't working. Load everything back in car. An owner with unit on 2nd floor came by and said "is elevator not working again?" I asked if this was a problem all the time. He said "well, it's a long story". Tells me onging issue that HOA doesn't want to fix. Patio door very hard to open (problem since I had shoulder surgery in May). Then handle broke off other patio door. Dishwasher had to be run twice to clean dishes - came up with error codes.
