Single Story, Dog friendly ($200 nonrefundable fee) private home just a half-block from beach! This cozy 2 bedroom home features an updated kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a separate dining area with seating for six. The bedrooms share a full bath between them. Feel free to bring an extra friend since this home has a comfy queen sized sleeper sofa and cable TV in the living room, and a bonus futon (futon does not come with linens) in dining area.
Enjoy a meal under the covered patio, rinse off your feet under the outdoor shower after a trip to the beach, play with your dog in the fenced backyard, or take a break from the sun and watch TV in the living room! Washer/dryer included (in same room as dining and futon). Charcoal grill. Linens Included. Wi-Fi. No smoking.

The house was very clean, love the pet area in the back yard, it was spot on for us. The only thing I did not like was the walk to the beach, it was too far, for my elderly mother.

Very, very clean no bugs in the house. The house did not smell like dogs The sheets and towels were very clean the place was very clean. The only thing I wished was that the yard was not filled with ants when he stepped outside couldn’t sit outside because of the ants. and I love that it was very close to the beach did not have to walk far.

We found popcorn on couches and crumbs on top of refrigerator upon arrival. Back yard was great for dogs but would recommend better access instead of walking on roots, good ankle breaker. Possibly make new access through grill area. Walk to beach was great with two easy accesses. Cost was high for what actual accommodations, needs some slight improvements.
