Our adorable vacation home is located in the High Chalet Condo Community in Gatlinburg - the highest elevation in the Smokies area - and offers breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains including Mt LeConte.
Sleep above the clouds and be surrounded by the spectacular Great Smoky Mountains. Only 3 minutes to Ober Gatlinburg (Amusement Park and Ski Area) and 12 mins to downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Our cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath hideaway sleeps up to 4 and has everything you will need for a relaxing escape. With warm and comfortable furnishings, electric fireplace, full kitchen, and a beautiful balcony - you may just want to snuggle up & never leave the condo.
Our community features 2 hot tubs, sauna and a seasonal pool which is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We also have on-site coin laundry & community game room.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in our one-bedroom rental . Stunning scenery—lush mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and that fresh Smoky Mountain air that instantly puts you in vacation mode.The location couldn’t have been better. We were just minutes from all the top attractions—downtown Gatlinburg, Anakeesta, great restaurants, and all the charming shops. Even better, the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park was practically around the corner, making it incredibly easy to spend our days hiking, exploring waterfalls, and taking in scenic drives.The unit itself was cozy, clean, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Whether we were enjoying morning coffee with a view or unwinding after a day of adventures, it felt like the ideal home base.Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and the full Gatlinburg experience. We can’t wait to return!

Very clean property and it is very bear themed. The suite has a nice kitchen ready to cook. The pool and hot tub are open 24/7. Cons: You are on the top of the mountain and the roads are curvy. Beautiful views on the way up. The walls are paper thin. We had people talking from the next room and heard everything. This room is on the second floor so we also heard everyone walking above us. I also thought we booked a private chalet but it is an apartment style property.
