Located on a development popular with holidaymakers and just moments from the waters edge. Just a short walk away - The Quay, Poole Museum, Poole Pottery, Brownsea Island, local ferries, Poole Park, Poole High Street and shopping centre, numerous wonderful restaurants and bars - these are just some of the activities available in the immediate vicinity.
Entrance hallway leading to beautiful open plan living area, dining room with doors to courtyard garden area complete with table and chairs for alfresco dining. One bedroom (5ft kingsize double) and a modern bathroom (large walk-in shower). Fitted kitchen.
Parking - One allocated parking space in the development`s outside area and further (first come first served) visitors parking.
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.

Kitchen - Dishwasher, electric oven / five burner gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer / dryer.
Restrictions - No smoking. No pets. No Children (except babies in cots)
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
