This stylish fourth floor, one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is ideally situated just a few minutes away from a variety of wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars, a five-minute walk to the main shopping centre, and only a minute's stroll to the Quay and its vibrant activities. This contemporary apartment features elegant furniture and high-quality fittings.
A spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen. One master bedroom (4ft 6in double) main bathroom (bath with shower over).
Parking – Parking permit provided for one vehicle in the adjacent Quay Visitors multi-storey car park. (max height 1.90m / 6ft 2ins).
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Electric central heating. Hairdryer.
Technology - WIFI, Smart TV in lounge
Kitchen – Dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer / dryer, Nespresso Coffee Machine and Tower Air Fryer.
Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

Poole Town lies approximately 6 miles west of Bournemouth and is highly accessible both by car and by train – the station is moments from the main shopping area. Poole is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful country of Dorset, its stunning beaches and its Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment. A stroll down the High Street leads visitors to Poole Quay, and the multitude of bars and restaurants offering an excellent array of culinary choice. Lovely spacious one bed apartment in Poole Old Town within a secure building, walking distance to Poole Quay. Sainsburys Local on the doorstep. Very clean, boutique decor, lovely views over town to Poole Bay. Smart tv, modern kitchen with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. Comfortable bed and apartment is quiet. Highly recommend
