Tucked quietly behind Poole Quay with its cafes and marina, and just a short stroll into Harbourside Park, or a boat ride to Brownsea Island, this property makes the perfect base to enjoy the Harbour and all its amenities.
Beautifully furnished in a contemporary style and comprehensively equipped. Open-plan living room and kitchen with glazed doors onto a private balcony. Master bedroom (4ft 6in double). Family bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).
Parking – Parking permit provided for one vehicle to park in the Quay Visitors’ multi-storey car park, (max height 1.90m / 6ft 2ins) just a minute’s walk away.
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Electric central heating. Hairdryer.
Technology - WIFI. Smart 32 inch TV with freeview. Alexa music system.
Kitchen - Dishwasher, electric oven, electric hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, washer / dryer.
Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

Poole Town lies approximately 6 miles west of Bournemouth and is highly accessible both by car and by train – the station is moments from the main shopping area. Poole is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful country of Dorset, its stunning beaches and its Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment.
