A bright, contemporary two-bedroom apartment, sleeping up to three, furnished to a high standard in the popular Harbourside Park development, located within a few minutes walk of Poole Quay and Poole Town, making it a great base to explore the harbour, local blue flag beaches and the Jurassic Coast. Waterside Park public boat slipway is just a short distance away.
Stairs to first floor with open plan living, dining area and kitchen, benefitting from a private balcony off the living room, overlooking a quiet residential area. Stairs leading up to the 1st floor with Master Bedroom (5ft kingsize double bed), second bedroom (3ft single bed). Bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).
Parking - There is one dedicated parking space.
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryer.
Technology – 50" smart TV and Wi-Fi.
Kitchen - Gas Hob, Oven, undercounter Fridge with inbuilt Freezer, Microwave and Washing Machine.
Restrictions - No smoking. Pets permitted.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
