We LOVED everything. It was amazing - the breakfast was minimalistic ingredient wise but always enough and it would keep us full all the way to lunch, we’ve had the best night sleep ever, the girls working there are so nice, the barn was the most cozy part of the experience please never change that - we’d go every now and then and roast some corn or sausages and warm up by the fire, the nature is BEAUTIFUL, the toilet situation is not even a problem, it’s just a few steps away from the apartment and it’s always clean, always has hot water and it’s really a fresh experience when you get a warm shower and step out into the cold. The distance from city center is ideal, you get to experience the nature and we saw aurora every night, but a quick 25min drive and you’re there. We were so sad once we had to leave and I’m super glad we chose this accommodation.
The only thing that I would be glad they reconsider is making sauna and tub experience more affordable for the hotel guests. It’s really convenient to have it near your accommodation but for example if it was half the price I would’ve randomly went every other night when I don’t have anything to do this way we didn’t.

Remote location so no artificial light and clear skies but still within 25 minutes drive of Santa's village. Staff were excellent, owner called down to wish us well on departure as well. We saw a grand aurora.

This was the most perfect night we had in Lapland. The Yurt was so well equipped and had everything we needed, and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
We loved our visit to the Yurt District
Nothing. The only thing I didn’t like was that I didn’t realise how perfect it would be and only booked one night!
