Volledige woning, dus geen luidruchtige boven- en onderburen. Vlakbij Centraal Station. Selderstraat is een prettige straat, proper en weinig geluidshinder.
Locatie is minder geschikt voor toeristen, aangezien de omliggende straten er niet zo netjes bijliggen. Voor werkverblijf, geen enkel probleem. Personen die wat slechter te been zijn, denk eraan dat de badkamer (en dus ook het toilet) zich op de 2de verdieping bevindt.

Das kleine Häuschen ist super nett eingerichtet. Klar, man muss den Style mögen. Mir ha es sehr gut gefallen- definitiv mal was anderes. Der Kontakt zum Host war super nett!!! Vielen lieben Dank. Der Weg zum AFAS Dome ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu machen. Die U- Bahn ins Zentrum ist quasi auch im die Ecke.
Die steile Treppe war für uns sehr gut machbar, aber sicher nicht für jeden Gast. Die Betten befinden sich im 2. und 3. Obergeschoss. Oh und blickdichte Gardinen im Erdgeschoss wären toll. Man fühlt sich leider ein bisschen beobachtet:)

Het is een geweldig groot appartement met 2 slaapkamers (boven elkaar), ruime woonkamer en grote keuken. Ideaal als je met een collega een locatie zoekt, lekker veel privacy. Voor ons op 6 minuutjes fietsen van de locatie waar wij moesten zijn, dus ideaal. Parkeren kan in de wijk, wel iedere dag een nieuw ticket kopen.
Bij de trap naar de 2e verdieping moet je erg goed opletten, je stoot makkelijk je hoofd
