About this house rental
All the comforts of home in this 3-bedroom, 3 bath townhome. One bedroom and bath downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs.This property sleeps 8, 2 in each bedroom and we have a sleeper sofa too. Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, stereo and DVD player in living room and each bedroom. Private, screened-in splash pool can be heated for additional charge upon request.

This resort was fabulous. The townhouse was good just a couple of things they need to improve. The bedroom downstairs tv is horrible I wasn't able to watch it because the colour is so bad I couldn't see the image and it's to small. They need to replace the pool skimmer it's broke. I would recommend this place, very quiet and relaxing. Will definitely be staying again.

The property was in a great location no more than a half hour from any location in Orlando. We were on our trip for a baseball tournament and it was great to have a “home” to come back to, to relax and let the kids go in the private pool. The townhome was no frills but very comfortable. It had enough space for us all to be together and for each to have privacy.
It was also great having access to the water park for the resort. We all enjoyed the water park area, there was something for everyone. I would definitely come back!

The property was in a great location, we were able to easily pop home from the parks mid day and return in the evening easily. There was a Walmart close by that made shopping for essentials easy too. The property is great for bigger families, but it is very bare bones - i.e. we had to run the dishwasher every night (and we had to buy our own detergent) so that that we could eat a meal once a day as there was extremely limited plates and silverware. The electrics blew out on our first night - killing the microwave dead, and unfortunately our dinner that was cooking at the time, and also, more unfortunately, my iPad that was plugged in recharging at the time :( ... they bought us a replacement the next day (that took up precious counter space) but never heard from them again - despite the obviously 'worrying' electrics. The towel count/charge sheet was also a bit ominous and had us counting every towel in the unit (used or unused) on our last morning ... overall, okay, it is what it is (unless you really like plugging your iPad in ..).
