- Only 1 car will fit in the driveway, overflow parking is available in nearby spots.
- Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate. Parking is strictly enforced.
- Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will tow.

As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows:
3 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 8 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

The washing machine was messed up the whole time we were there. We able to wash clothes sometimes it work other times we had to put it on drain and rinse. We not home all day except for Sunday and that’s when I realized the ac was not working properly we had it on 70 and it stayed 77 degrees in the house. Other than those two things I loved the home

Not a great place to stay but it worked. The place could really use some help in the way of comfort and updating. We got in late and went right to bed...to my horror the next morning I woke up on a pillowcase that had a bloodstain on it...I am assuming the previous renter had a nose bleed? EWE! We were there 7 days and didnt receive a replacement pillowcase until the 6th day...(though they said they sent someone the next day?!?) The beds are hard, no kitchen rags and only 1 kitchen hand towel. No pool towels for a place with a pool and a resort pool as well (thats odd) although the description does not mention them offering them so the listing was accurate but still odd, the dishwasher and washer/dryer were SO loud. No plunger in the house (we waited half a day to get one ...icky smells no bueno) You can pretty much hear everything through the walls (eek), we are pretty sure the couch was broken in the middle (you can only tell when you sit on it in the middle and it touches the ground, the rental pool in the back needs cleaned (lots of sand...we never swam in it, too cold - end of march) and overall just a dated feeling. We made it work but it wasn't a "comfort" or "luxury" stay thats for sure. Global responded to messages asap so that was a plus. The slides at the resort were super fun but trying to get a lounge chair was aweful (LOTS of people) ping pong and pool are not included in the pool house you have to pay extra which was also odd for a pool house. Not bad but not great either.

I walked into the townhouse at 4am. Of course it was dark, and we carried luggage into the house and went straight to our rooms to go to bed. I noticed there was a little bit of water on the kitchen floor, but I hadn't identified the leak. Then I walked upstairs to the kids room, and the carpet was flooded in one area. So I looked at the email I was sent for check in and called the 24 hour/after hour emergency maintenance hotline. I left the voicemail..it directed to me leave a message immediately. I woke up for work at 8am. I expected some sort of return call, nothing. So I called again at 9am and spoke with someone at front desk. I reported the issue and let them know that the carpet was flooded upstairs, and the kitchen had a steady leak and was filling a bowl. They said they would send someone right away. Four hours went by, the ceiling was raining water and it was yellow water that had a nasty smell. I was concerned for my children...one has medical issues, and no one wants to sit, eat, or cook in a kitchen that you're being rained on. It was awful. Upstairs and downstairs basically under construction, and you can tell the ceiling has had multiple leaks. It was super dangerous. After another hour, I made a third call and demanded someone come immediately after my daughter and I slipped in the kitchen trying to change out the bowl because there was so much water on the floor. At this point the ceiling was leaking in three places and pouring through the light fixture. SUPER DANGEROUS. My back and neck STILL HURTS from this fall. It took that call to get someone to come see about the leak and flooding. It's clear this leak and flooding was there before I even checked in. I was very upset that the maintenance man came and fixed it, tried to dry up the carpet....but told me I couldn't use the kitchen for 24 hours. So that's two days without the kitchen use that I paid for and a moldy smell through out the entire stay. I was scared to use the electric stove, light switch, and had to give my kid an extra asthma treatment everyday for the mildew. Just not the vacation I expected with the money I paid. I expected some sort of follow up but I didn't get anything or call. I called as well days before check out to follow up on my request for some sort of discount to be provided. They took my information and said I would receive a call or email by the time I checked out. I received nothing. Not a good experience AT ALL.
