The homey living room is furnished with a comfy couch, a reclining love seat, a royal blue armchair, a fireplace, and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide countertop, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a personal television, walk in closet, a private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed , a personal television, and balcony access. The third bedroom has twin beds, and private access to the hall bathroom. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Family had a nice time. Enjoyed the quiet area. Great balcony!! Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay and would recommend this rental. It was very clean, great neighborhood, and centrally located for our day trips to Rehoboth and Berlin. The only thing the I would recommend is keyless checkin, as we were given the wrong keys and had to go back to exchange them.

Nice unit. Only thing I was upset about is I never got a text saying I was able to check-in even though Shoreline Properties had my correct number. Other than that, great week.

No high def tv in family room , cob webs on lamps not many cooking untensils , blinds were broke and beds were uncomfortable
