The property was fantastic! My family enjoy  staying so close to the beach. The neighbors were very helpful. Overall, the staff was fantastic. I would definitely stay again.

Curtain in one of the bedrooms, new box or definitely need it. The sofa bed definitely needs replaced.

I liked the location!! I liked that the pictures were true! Beautiful place! Kitchen had everything we needed and then some!

That we couldn’t get in until 4. Could of been cleaner.

The beds were not comfortable. Maybe a plush mattress cover will help

Seats on the deck need to be sanded and repainted There are three way light switches that are not wired correctly for the hallway and for the kitchen area It would be a good idea to tell future guests that there is no traditional cable TV service. We had to subscribe to something temporarily so we could watch TV. Came into the property on Sunday with a broken mattress on one of the beds that we absolutely needed. Took till Monday afternoon to get it replaced. Very frustrated with the lack of communication once we reported it. We were told by numerous call center employees that someone would get back to us and let us know what was going on. If we had not checked in on our own we would have never been updated. Also very frustrated that we only got a refund of $130 for the first night when there was not that bed available when I feel we should have been refunded the entire amount of money for that night.
