About this apartment rental
One bedroom, one bath condo conveniently located one block off the beach and no busy road crossings to walk to beach! Perfect size for a small family or a couple escaping for a relaxed vacation. This comfortably furnished condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen which includes a microwave. Close enough to the beach for bathroom and lunch breaks. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a great family friendly northern beach location. Its close to the outlets and lots of restaurants. A quick walk to catch the bus for just $3.00/day to be on the boardwalk or the inlet without the hassle of a car or parking.

Our family of three (two adults and one infant) had an excellent stay! Aspects we loved: Matched the listing information, comfortable bed and pillows, great water pressure in the shower, clean.Other aspects to note: The lockbox for the door is very large and makes it difficult to turn the doorknob; the storm door opens opposite the condo door, so the process of locking and unlocking the condo door was a bit clunky; there is a binder of helpful condo information printed and located on the table -- we wish that information could have been emailed to us in advance (we were only sent part of this info prior to our stay). We did need to bring and use our own bed linens and towels, which was advised in the listing. Overall a really great stay, we hope to be back next summer!

Property was clean & cold on arrival. View to beach from deck was nice. Location is perfect for beach, Northside Park, food, & stores. Parking spot is tight so we used street parking. Quiet neighborhood. Smell of pot was intense at times on deck & outside hallways. Front door was difficult to operate with key lockbox around the doorknob and storm door in the way. A bit of a struggle to open & close. We used the deadbolt lock. Bedroom has shutters, not a door so not much privacy. No shade on BR window so that bright sun will have you up early. Pull out sofa was missing screws & a bit flimsy so we left it out during our stay so not to damage it more. The rental is just room & furniture. No hand soaps at sinks, or trash bags, ect… Overall an uneventful stay. Thank you.
