Had a wonderful time with the family. Cabin was adequately described and accommodated all our needs. Owners communicated on a timely basis and answered all our questions. Fishing was a little sparse but may have been due to the inconsistent weather we had. We would definitely go back again.

The cabin was a great place to stay. There was enough room for everyone with the two bedrooms on the lower level and the full loft area. One thing we didn’t notice about the listing is that the couch with TV and view of the lake is up in the loft with the twin beds. This meant that when the kids went to sleep, the adults could not relax on the couch or watch a movie. This was fine for us (we never turned the TV on), but something I didn’t realize with the listing. The kitchen had almost everything we needed (I brought a big soup pot) and the layout worked great. Our kids had distance learning assignments to do while we were there and the WiFi supported both kids’ video calls just fine. Outdoors the fire pit looked right over the water and on the crisp fall nights was warm and beautiful. For location: the nearest gas station (with small minimart) is 10-15 min away. We drove up to Itasca State Park and Lake Bemidji State Park, both about An hour and 15 min away. We would highly recommend this place to stay!
