About this house rental
This is a beautiful, upscale spacious house. It is a one-story 1600 sq. ft. house which is completely stocked with all essentials. It accommodates up to six people. There is a large gourmet kitchen, large dining room, and a large living room. There are three queen size comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a spacious private backyard with a covered patio which is perfect for grilling.
Amenities include High speed internet, Wi-Fi, Direct TV, refrigerated air, gas heating and a Kiva fireplace. Two off-street parking places are available. This place is ideal for entertaining.
An easy walk to the rail yard area provides restaurants, bars, a modern movie theatre, and a rail runner train which can take you to casinos and downtown Albuquerque.
A 15 minute walk to nearby historic Santa Fe Plaza will take you to galleries, museums, an assortment of eating establishments, unique bars, shopping, and coffee shops such as Starbucks.
The De Vargas mall is also within a short distance where you have a post office, Albertson’s grocery store, Sprouts groceries, Ross Department store, Starbucks, a CVS Pharmacy and more restaurants.

The property is exactly as seen in the photos and in a location close the Santa Fe Plaza. The street is a bit busy so a little loud at night. We were a group of 5 adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. Overall, this is a great home in a great location.

The property is well-maintained and very clean. It is stocked with most of what you will need. The location is very good as well. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

This house actually is better than the pictures - it is very spacious and well equipped. We hung out in the large dining room which has a big table where we could all sit, eat, read, etc. The appliances and wifi worked well. In addition, it is very well located near the Railyard with restaurants, shops, etc. within walking distance. Since it is on a major road it is very easy to get anywhere by car. Unfortunately, my husband has mobility problems and he needs some special accommodations that were not available with this house. It was listed as a "wheelchair-friendly" house, but I should have asked more questions - I am becoming more aware that VRBO does not have a standard for labeling a property "accessible" for wheelchairs. Specifically, the doors to the bathrooms were too narrow, the space in the bathroom with the walk-in shower was too small, and there were no grab bars or even a soap dish to hold onto in the walk-in shower. The only way my husband could safely shower was to use his walker in the shower. If you do not need special accommodations this is a very good vacation house.
