We came to The Villages from SW Florida to visit with friends. The communication with the owner was perfect. The house was perfect (very nice, very clean). The neighborhood was very quiet. We loved sitting on the screened-in patio watching the golfers putting. The only issue was the ice maker. It made plenty of ice but would not dispense. No big problem for us, but we notified the owner anyway.
