Located in the heart of Poipu Beach, you have access to all that Poipu Beach has to offer; sandy beaches for swimming and snorkeling, golf, shopping and more. Wake up to the sounds of the sea, watch sea turtles and seasonal whales from your lanai, enjoy spectacular island sunsets, tropical breezes and all in the comfort of your Kauai vacation home.

Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. We simply loved the place. It was very clean and very pleasant. Everything we needed was just there. Location was great as well. Close to great food and coffee trucks and even closer to beautiful baches.

We had a wonderful stay. 2 related couples shared this 2 bedroom condo. Beautiful sunsets. Ocean view was great. You could hear the sound of the waves. A few maintenance issues were taken care of easily without any problems. I forgot there was no air-conditioning so 2nd bedroom would get warm There were plenty of quiet fans throughout.

Great location, loved the pool area and watching the sea turtles below.
The bathrooms are small and cramped and really need updating but they are functional . The views were wonderful and made up for any problems we had during our stay. The unit is ground floor and if you are a light sleeper be aware that the path behind is directly level with the bedrooms and people are very noisy walking by . We couldn't close the windows at night as you need the breeze as no AC but it did mean being woken up early every morning as people passed so close by. Plenty of glassware and tableware which is always useful and beach chairs were in excellent condition.
