This unique oceanfront property is situated on the edge of a bluff providing spectacular views of the blue Pacific and the entire Poipu coastline from each unit. This small property has only 15 units, providing privacy and intimacy while being just a short walk to the world renowned Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach. The sounds of the sea fill every room and each unit has full length lanais offering a great lookout for hours of watching turtles, dolphins, seasonal whales and brilliant sunsets.

This is an exceptional property with amazing ocean and sunset views centrally located to Waimea Canyon in the west or the Princeville area in the north. Turtles are ever present in the surf of the beautiful shoreline. We even witnessed a double rainbow from the patio. Poipu Beach and nature trails are within easy walking distance. Condo could easily accommodate up to 8 guests. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare all meals. Parking deck is free and immediately adjacent to the property. Check in and check out were easy, and communication with host was timely and helpful. There is even a bunch of Kauai books available that we used extensively to plan our daily adventures. Board games are also available to play at night.

Great view and location of condo. Our family loved the layout and accommodations. We left a couple of items behind and the Parrish team was wonderful to deal for getting it returned to us. Can’t say enough good things. Looking forward to staying there again!

The condo was great for our stay. Balcony looking over the rocks and water was perfect. Watched the turtles each morning.
