My husband and I rented this beautiful home for the last 4 years in the spring. It is in a wonderful and safe gated neighborhood with fabulous mountain, city and golf course views. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition to a large patio. The owners were easy to reach and eager to help with anything we needed. The house was always clean and ready each time we went. We are sorry to be leaving this fabulous home but are in the process of purchasing our own home in the area.

My husband and I rented this vacation home for 8 days over the 2013 Christmas Holiday. The home was conveniently located to the highway and our relatives. The neighbors on both sides were quiet and we loved the Christmas lights on many of the homes located in the same neighborhood. The pictures and description were accurate. We would recommend this rental to others and we would rent this property again in the future.
Pro's of the rental:
The size was exactly what we needed to have guests at the home. It can easily accommodate six+ people for entertaining, especially in the warmer months with the use of the patio.
The patio was glorious with two heaters above the table seating area, lights, pool and hot tub. The view was amazing both of the golf course and the Tucson city lights in the evening.
The kitchen size was large enough to accommodate multiple cooks at one time. All needed items were present. The kitchen even had a coffee grinder.
The home was clean and basic items were provided such as, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, sunscreens, garbage bags, quality towels, and bedding.
All appliances were in good condition and in working order.
There are a few fruit trees in the backyard landscaping. We ate a number of ripe tangerines direct from the tree. Very delicious.
The TV in the Great Room is huge. Great for watching football.
Hot tub was amazing especially at night viewing the stars.
Cons (only a few):
There were very few directions as to how to operate items at the house. A more detailed explanation of various items with directions is very helpful. Ex - the heaters to the hot tub are on the outside wall to the right of the covered patio. In order to heat the hot tub, you will need to flip the two top switches upwards and wait approximately 1 hour for the hot tub to heat.
The garage cannot be used as there is a storage bin and extra rollaway bed stored on the wall which reduces the length of the garage and a standard length car will not fit.
The ice maker had not been turned on so we did not have ice for a number of hours after arrival.
The TV in the great room shares a wall with the master bedroom. The noise from the TV can be disruptive to those sleeping in the MB.
