It was difficult to know where to pick up the keys from as their was no reception open at 7pm when we arrived. The keys ended being with the security which they told me but we couldn't find the security area for some time. It ended up being in the carpark. We traveled with 12 people meaning 2 rooms and 2 carparks. Our carparks were on different floors of the carpark and our rooms were on different floors. This would be fine however you can not go between floors so we couldn't visit each other unless we went to ground floor to meet. This made it extremely difficult to see each other during our family holiday. Also we only had one key card for the lifts so if one person left we either had to stay in the room or all go together. This hindered us alot as we needed key cards to enter/exit the building, lifts, to get to and from the pool and gym etc. The ground floor smells terrible and made us want to throw up. The rooms had basic cleanliness but both rooms needed deep cleaning as the vents/aircon/cupboards/showers etc were not really clean properly and look like they haven't for ages. Sign posting for rooms, carpark and amenities is poor. I did love the view and rooms are spacious with full functioning kitchen.
