Easy access to all hospitals and entertainment districts: Midtown Crossing, Aksarben, Blackstone and Old Market, CHI Health Center & Arena -Home of Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting and Charles Schwab Field Home of the College World Series. (5.5 miles). Close to entertainment and casinos in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
House has 3 bedroom, 1 bath, and large living room and kitchen. Two bedrooms with queen beds. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. Large living room has TV and stereo with ,WiFi and internet. Washer and dryer in basement utility room. Patio and barbecue grill in back of home.
Front porch seating area for enjoying the evening cocktail and conversation. Morning coffee in the enclosed front porch or outside seating area.
Children 5 and under do not count toward total guest count. >4 guests: additional $50.00 per guest per night.

We came in for a brief stay in Nebraska. The house was spotlessly, clean, extremely well stocked, including linens, dish detergent, laundry detergent, bathroom items, towels, coffee, and even a beautiful bottle of wine. There was enough space for all of us without feeling crowded. We were centrally located in a very nice neighborhood with very well kept houses. The noise level was zero yet. We were close enough to all the things we wanted to see including the zoo, which was 6 miles away.

Great location, in a quiet meighborhood, for trips to the Zoo, Childrens Museum and spending time with family. This was my seco d stay at the property and would stay again in a heartbeat.
