This is an awesome, spacious apartment. It has a cool vibe (above a brewery), comfortable beds, a great kitchen, and easy/free parking. Close to everywhere we needed to go in Omaha and Council Bluffs. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
Not a showstopper, but worth it to know that the brewery below the apartment plays music until around 11pm on weekends.

It was clean.
Music from the restaurant was too loud and lasted late into the night. The heat did not work well and remained between 55-60 degrees inside the entire week. The stairs to the front door are in need of repair. There is a strong smell of sewage between the laundry and the living room. All of our clothes smell of the same after washing. Floors are exceptionally uneven.
