Perched 262 feet above sea level and the white sands of Playa Flamingo, LOT FOUR is a fully serviced 5-bedroom luxury retreat offering panoramic Pacific Ocean views and unforgettable sunsets just a short walk to Flamingo town center, the marina, restaurants, and shops.
Included Services
Your stay at LOT FOUR includes:
•One-way airport transfer from Liberia International Airport upon arrival. Our driver will take your group to the house with a stop at a local grocery store along the way. You may also arrange day trips, fishing charters, sunset cruises, etc. through the driver upon arrival or in advance.
•Housekeeping service three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
•Dedicated personal concierge service
•The Tropical Homes Concierge can assist with arranging car and golf cart rentals, with delivery available directly to the house or another convenient location.
The Home
Designed to maximize privacy while embracing breathtaking ocean views, LOT FOUR offers 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths across multiple levels creating space and separation ideal for groups traveling together.
The top-level terrace features an outdoor wet bar and jacuzzi a spectacular setting for sunset gatherings or relaxed evenings under the stars.
The kitchen is well equipped and is spacious enough for communal cooking by your entire group.
Because LOT FOUR is owner-occupied part of the year, it is furnished and maintained to a standard rarely found in vacation rentals.
This home is especially well suited for adult groups or couple's traveling with their mature children.

"Wow" was the first word our family each said as we opened the simple black door to the third floor of this stunning 3 story home. Each of the 5 bedrooms had a view. William and Indira were sweet caretakers, and Indira's CostaRican dinner is a must. For me personally, the elevator was a true necessity, This is beautiful house perched on the side of a hill.

What a great place! Spectacular views! Sunbathing in privac, by the pool or the rooftop spa tub, with the sound of birds chirping and the crash of the waves in the distance...or just a short walk to the soft sand beach of Playa Flamingo to sunbathe and take a dip in the perfect temperature ocean water! That and Margaritaville across the street from the beach for happy hour! What a wonderful relaxing vacation!

We wanted to extend our sincere gratitude for the absolute best vacation ever! At every turn all expectations were surpassed. The owner was available to answer any questions that we had. The villa is beautiful and kept immaculate by a staff that is available day and night to assist with tour planning, insight into getting off of the beaten path, translation and ensuring that all aspects concerning the residence are addressed. A heartfelt thank you for an awesome Costa Rica experience and honestly the best vacation that family and friends could ask to have. Recommend using the staff on hand to plan any adventures rather than doing it yourself - better deals and a more personalized experience will be your reward.
