About this house rental
Spacious 4 Bedroom/3.5 Bath Townhouse has 3 floors of living area in private gated community. Hardwood Floors throughout the first floor.
The Master Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds and a large sitting room. The Master Bathroom has a large soaking tub and separate glass shower. Bedroom #2 has 2 Full Beds and a large walk in closet with a flat screen TV. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedroom #4 has 2 Full Beds with a flat screen TV. The family room is roomy with a large U shaped comfortable couch and a 65 Inch LCD TV for your viewing pleasure! The Full Kitchen with granite countertops and bar sitting area is stocked with everything you need. Plenty of room to enjoy a nice home cooked breakfast with the family before you head out for a day at the beach, on the course, on the boat or on the water. Large deck off the kitchen that overlooks the 18 Hole PGA Championship golf course War Admiral.
Glen Riddle's upscale community boasts 2 PGA Championship Golf Courses (Man O' War and War Admiral), Tennis Courts, Marina, Community Center, Ping Pong Tables, Pool Tables and Fitness Center. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is located in the community as well.
Four daily rental passes are provided for the community pool for renters ages 3 and up.
Bring your bikes or walking/running shoes so you can enjoy the miles of private roads that wind around the acres of land in Glen Riddle with water, wooded and golf course views. Bring along your fishing rod or crab lines so you can catch some dinner right off one of the piers located at the marina.
When you decide to wander outside of the community there is plenty to do! The beaches of Award Winning Ocean City, MD are awaiting you less then 2 miles away.
The public bus service runs every 20 minutes to Ocean City during the tourist season. The Outlet shopping is fabulous and located a mile from your unit.
Assateague Island, known for its wild ponies and pristine beaches, is a fifteen minute drive and makes a great day trip for the family. Historic Berlin, with numerous antique shops, is only five minutes from us.
Our townhome offers the best of both worlds. Enjoy the bustling town and beautiful beaches of Ocean City and then come back for a dip in the pool and a relaxing evening at your spacious townhouse in Glen Riddle.

The house was perfect for our multi-family vacation. We all had plenty of room to spread out. The community pool was great since we had several younger kids w us and it was just a short car ride to the beach. Dave was very easy to get a hold of if we needed anything and recommended several great food places in the area. We would def book this place again!

The property was clean and spacious. There were small issues that can make or break someone's experience.
Cons: None of the dining room chairs have backs to them like the pictures show. My mom (72) and pregnant sister couldn't sit at the table to eat. Only high bar stools. The bathrooms didn't have anything to step out onto when leaving the shower, so it was very slippery. The couches are not the same as the pictures. None of the Beds had head boards like the pictures show. The description says 4 queen beds. There were 2 queen beds and 4 full beds and 2 twin beds. My 6'3 husband and 6'1 brother-in-law, was not able to really fit on the bed. But they were comfortable. No end tables near the beds. There was an iron but no ironing board. Pots need to be replaced. All the non-stick pans were flacking up. I cook for my family, so I was only able to really use one pot. Baking pan sheet was good. No sponge to wash dishes, only pods for the dish washer.
Pros: The house is very spacious. Plenty of bathrooms. The house was clean. No issues getting in contact with the owner. Short driving distance to the board walk.
