Ground Unit #9B Oceanview condo in Halii Kai, famed newer development near Waikoloa Hilton and Mauna Lani beach homes. Halii Kai has an incredible salt water pool, spa covered workout room, poolside restaurant/bar right on ocean front. The beautiful condo development also has tennis court, basketball court and hammock. Unit 9 B was recently upgraded in October 2019 with new tile, new Roman shades in bedrooms, new stackable washer and dryer, additional ceiling fan on Lanai, new area rugs and new linens. Additional Tile and paint completed in May 2020.

Waikoloa Kings" and Ocean Golf Gold Membership for guests at this unit 9B. Save up to 70% off regular rates on Kings" Course and Beach Course - with no time restrictions. Kings" Course $50 and Beach course $75. Golf Club rentals only $25. Free transportation within resort for Golf resort.

This Villa #9 B is new to the rental pool. It has been kept immaculate and very elegantly furnished with everything you need from full kitchen, stocked laundry room, furnished Lanai and BBQ/grill. Master suite has an Ocean/Golf course view. An added bonus is a 1 car garage including amenities for the beach. Guest room has twin beds with conversion to King bed on request. The living room sofa is a new Queen sofa sleeper. There is an additional double inflatable bed and linens in the hall closet sleeps 2. All furnishings, appliances and supplies are in excellent condition. Kitchen has basic starter supplies for cooking (spices, olive oil, etc). A new dishwasher installed January 2018. New washer and dryer and Microwave installed end of 2019.

The trade winds are wonderful, but on really hot days it is nice to central air conditioning and ceiling fans to cool you down after a full day of fun in the sun. And you are a very short walk to the incredible Ocean Club Bar and Grill. This Ocean Club is literally in front of the Ocean. It opens for lunch at 11:30 and Happy Hour is 3pm to 5 pm. The tropical drinks and full bar has excellent food and drinks. Top Chefs have been involved in its development since 2008.

Halii Kai is built on 30 acres of prime real estate on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii's Big Island. Hali'I Kai Resort charges a daily resort fee for use of all amenities at $20/day. At check in they will charge directly to guest. A maximum of $500 is the resort fee for 4 weeks or more stay.

Beautiful resort, great amenities and concierge. Beautiful resort location and grounds, BBQ located on Lanai and the provided golf cart, boogie boards, coolers, chairs and umbrellas' for use made our trip very enjoyable and felt like home away from home! Nice restaurant and Happy Hour cocktails at the lagoon style pool was amazing, but pool was only 3 1/2 feet deep, no floaties allowed unless you are Keiki, and no food or drinks of you own allowed in pool area so be prepared for that. Many toiletries and seasonings provided in condo including Shampoo, but no body soap provided in either shower. Luckily I had an extra bar in my toiletries for our use. Great airconditioning made for a comfortable stay! Would definitely come back again! True Aloha!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. The condo had everything we needed for our vacation. The host was great at communicating and providing instructions a suggestions for a great stay on the island. The golf cart to get around the resort and the access to the golf course were such nice perks. Lisa even reached out when we had a Tsunami warning to make sure we were okay and knew where to go. We will be back.

My wife and kids had a great stay here. The unit is located in a really great neighborhood. It is very quiet and family friendly. The unit itself was well equipped with very comfortable beds and all necessary kitchen utensils plus a three burner gas grill. The unit has a great ocean/golf course view with ample snorkel gear/beach chairs/beach towels/boogie boards ect. Sitting outside on lanai was very quiet and peaceful. The golf cart that comes with the unit was a really nice bonus. The neighborhood pool is very nice with beautiful ocean views and a bar/restaurant. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great time on the Big Island!

We’ve stayed at several VRBOs and love coming back to this condo when we stay on the Big Island. Very well-appointed compared to most, and such a nice community. Member benefits at the Waikoloa Golf Course, nice view of the fairways and distant water, convenient to everything in Waikoloa. The Ocean Club is a great added bonus. We will be back again!

100% recommend! We stayed for 7 days and and the host Allyson was fantastic! I took advantage of the golf package which I played twice. If you don’t bring clubs there are a few sets in the garage. The golf cart was great to get to and from the pool. The views from the pool were AMAZING. Sunsets out on the grass behind the condo were flawless. The unit was super clean and the host Allyson was lighting fast with responses. We will be back at this complex and most likely this same unit next year!

We had a great stay. It was like a home away from home. Lots of room for our family of 6. Very nice place! Very Clean! Comfortable Beds! Quiet area! It was nice to be able to park in driveway instead of a garage and walking long distance. Can see the beautiful sunset right from lanai. We would definitely stay here again and Lisa stayed in contact and answered our questions quickly. She made sure we didn’t need anything.

Staying at the Hali'i Kai condo made our family vacation just PERFECT! From the booking to checkout, the process was seamless. We arrived at Lisa's immaculate condo equipped with everything we needed to make it home for 2 beautiful weeks on the Big Island. The condo & views looked exactly as pictured/advertised on VRBO, including the use of their golf cart which was a great way to get to the nearby Ocean Club pool/restaurant. Even though there are limitless places to eat on the Big Island, we were impressed with the delicious cuisine offered at the Ocean Club. Everything we tried was great (cocktails too)! Lisa also shared additional great local recommendations that we enjoyed. We also greatly appreciated the generous 'Welcome' basket of goodies from our host, Lisa, and the Guest binder that contained information about EVERYTHING you would need to enjoy the Island (courtesy of Allyson Michaels Concierge). We also received the digital version prior to our trip so that we could make plans for activities & excursions in advance. We really enjoyed the private & very friendly community at Hali'i Kai! The grounds were beautifully maintained, and we loved going to the Ocean Club almost every night to enjoy an evening swim and the stunning sunsets! Truly a relaxing vacation in paradise! We miss it already, but we will definitely return to Hali'i Kai because our host Lisa and Allyson made our stay so memorable! Mahalo : ) Warmly, Darren & family

To start, Lisa is just awesome. Every question answered promptly. The unit is wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen. Very clean. Modern appliances. Golf clubs in the garage helpful. Golf discount is huge - especially for a foursome that plays every day. We will miss having our morning coffee overlooking the 6th hole and the ocean. I highly recommend this unit!

We had such a wonderful stay at the condo. The kitchen was well equipped, there were plenty of towels and linens were in great condition. The unit was very clean and looked even nicer in person. We used the golf clubs in the garage and took advantage of the discounted golf rate which made for a fun day. Our favorite activity was going to the amazing pool area to watch the sunset and chat with other tourists and owners. Some nights there was even live music. The golf cart was an added bonus even though the pool isn’t far. The process of booking and checking in was easy. We received a lot of helpful information before our arrival and always had someone we could communicate with. We loved the Big Island and can’t wait to return! This condo made our vacation care free.

LOVED the view and access to golf course, swimming pool, and club. The condo was everything we needed as a home base while we explored the island! Communication with owner and concierge was very pleasant and they responded in timely manner every time! Well equipped kitchen and garage had anything you needed for a trip to the beach. The property is well manicured with lovely landscaping. If we make it back to the island again this is the first place I will look into! We have stayed in the Waikoloa resort area several times, and this was by far our favorite place! We loved the location close to the water, walking distance to Hilton and ocean-front sunsets, short hiking trail to black sand beach, incredible ocean front pool and fantastic pool restaurant/bar, quiet complex with gorgeous landscaping. This unit was perfect for us. We had everything we needed to cook, keep up with laundry, relax on the lanai, and enjoy the beach! We loved having boogie boards and other beach stuff to use! Super easy check-in/check-out process, owners communicated quickly, great cancellation policy in case anything came up before our trip. We had such an awesome time and will definitely be back to 9B! Thank you!

Loved the condo and location. Unlike some previous reviews, we found the Ocean Club staff to be very welcoming. We ate there and hung out one evening to watch the sunset. My son also worked there one afternoon. I would highly recommend the condo and owner (she had great communication).

The unit was very nice and had everything we needed for our trip. The garage was full of beach stuff, including chairs, beach umbrellas, and snorkel gear, which made our beach trips hassle free. We also took advantage of the golf discounts at the resort course, which saved us about $70 per round, as well as the clubs that were also in the unit saving us additional rental fees. The communication was also great, and we would definitely recommend staying at this property.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was a great home base for our Scuba diving and beach day/boogie boarding fun. The beach towels, boogie boards, and beach umbrella were welcome items to have access to. The best was sitting by the pool, enjoying a mai tai, and watching whales just off the coast - two days in a row. Can't beat that! Overall the place was clean, quiet, comfortable, and everything we were looking for during our Hawaiian vacation.

We had a great stay recently at this property. It is a 2bd/2ba ground floor unit in the Hali'i Kai community of Waikoloa. There is a beautiful golf and ocean view. The unit is clean and modern with a well stocked kitchen and a gas grill. There is a nice welcoming gift upon arrival. The grounds are beautiful with a nice pool/workout area, tennis court, basketball court, and putting green. There is also ample beach gear, sports equipment, and a golf cart. Did not have any issues and overall it was a relaxing enjoyable vacation.

First off the condo is very well represented in the pictures provided. Very accurate in all descriptions. Amenities are top notch and the condo is well taken care of. It was ready early for us which was greatly appreciated. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was my dream pool and it didn’t disappoint. Only thing that we are not used to was the rules of no outside beverages due to the fact it has a bar within the club. Not even a yeti with ice water was allowed. I will say the food we did have at the club was very good and the Mai Tai’s were the best we had out of the many we had in our 2 weeks in Hawaii. Lisa was in constant contact with me before booking and right up until go home time. She kept us informed of road closures due to the Ironman taking place the day we left and all the road closures. She is one of the most caring hosts I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I can’t thank her enough. I would suggest this condo to anyone I know. A ++ rating

What a pleasurable stay at Hali’i Kai 9B! With thoughtful amenities throughout, our family of four had an outstanding time. We enjoyed the welcome basket and stunning sunsets on the lanai. The fully stocked kitchen/grill made it easy to prepare meals. Also fully stocked were the items for activities! Golf clubs, boogie boards, floating rings, coolers, and snorkel sets really helped us take advantage of the perfect location with quick access to world renowned beaches. And we all enjoyed trips to the gorgeous pool and Ocean Club in the golf cart! I would absolutely recommend this condo if you want a perfect stay in the Waikoloa area.

We had a great time staying at this property. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. The property itself is beautifully designed. There is a small shopping area close by, (everyone loved the shaved ice shop) as well a nice beach. The common pool area is a great place to watch the sunset. Overall we really enjoyed the stay.
