Looking for a house close to the beach? This 2,800 sf home is located directly across the street from Jamestown Shore's private neighborhood beach! Total beds include 2 kings and 2 queens.
Enjoy fantastic views of the bay from almost every room in the house, or relax on the top deck as you watch spectacular sunsets and colorful sailboats in West Passage's Narragansett Bay. This home is located in a quiet, family neighborhood and is comfortably furnished with genuine leather furnishings, plush linens, and memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. The front porch, which overlooks the bay, is a great place to put your feet up after a day at the beach. You can watch your children swim or search for sea life from the top deck or front lawn.
The fenced backyard provides privacy and a cool place to spend the evenings outside for dinner on the patio. Use the grill to cook some fresh fish on the barbecue!
This house is located in one of the most prime locations of Jamestown island; an island said to be lost in time. Come experience the beauty of it all!
Downtown Jamestown is an easy drive and offers several great restaurants and shops. Newport is only a 10-minute drive, or a short ferry ride away. Here, you can explore more shops, beaches, fantastic restaurants, and the famous mansions on Bellevue Ave. Providence restaurants are just 25 minutes away, and Narragansett's beaches aren't far either. Or, you can take a short ferry ride to Block Island or Martha’s Vineyard for the day.
The first floor of this home has a living room with two large sliding glass doors that open onto a porch that overlooks the ocean and brings the afternoon sea breeze. Also on this level is the kitchen, dining area, and separate family room, which is separated by a door for additional privacy. The second floor has a large master bedroom w/ a king size bed and sitting area overlooking the ocean. It's magnificent. It also has a full size master bathroom. The house also has what we call a second master bedroom with a king size bed and sliding glass doors to the top deck overlooking the bay. This second master bedroom and the third bedroom share a full bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen beds. The fourth space is a private den. It is connected to the master and the master bathroom. You can access this den through the master bedroom or through an outside sliding glass door off this bedroom's private deck in the back of the house. This home is also equipped with whole house air conditioning.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday stay at this house! The house is as described, lots of space for everyone, well-equipped kitchen, great location and great views. The host was very responsive to our questions and gave us some appreciated pointers on the area. We hope to return!

This house is made very special by the many cozy seating areas, which became the perfect antidote to the blustery weather outside. The space naturally encourages conversation, games, and real family connection. We loved our stay and hope to visit in the summer, thank you!
