The cleaning fee is included, however if the property is not left in an acceptable condition, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed against your damage deposit. Remember, we are a NON-smoking property. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of all cigarettes properly in the trash. If the house interior smells of smoke, your damage deposit will not be refunded.
Please note that rentals during June, July, August, and September run Saturday PM to Saturday AM.

Beautiful spot on the water in Jamestown !!!Great location, views of the Jamestown bridge and amazing sunsets ! We also enjoyed the close proximity to the grocery store , liquor store , restaurants and town !There is a beach at the end of the street , which was great for walking !We highly recommend & hopefully will return in the future !

Beautiful view. Great location close to Narragansett and Newport. Loved watching the boats go by.

We rented this fabulous house for 2 weeks. The view was amazing and the house was clean, updated and spacious enough for 2 families. The house had everything you would need to live comfortably and enjoy the beach. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We were very lucky and only had a couple of not-so-nice beach days so we headed to Newport which was only a few minutes away. The yard and fire pit were wonderful to enjoy in the evenings and the sunset from the deck was spectacular!We would absolutely stay again and if we could give this house more than 5 starts we would! Great spot!
