About this apartment rental
Welcome to our 2 BR/ 2 BA condo. This is a 2nd row, top 3rd floor end unit. Here you will find amazing views of the ocean as well as the beach. Just a few short steps across the street will take you to the beach or you can head to one of the two pools available. You can take a 10 minute walk to visit the north pier and grab a drink at the Tiki bar or walk to the sound access for fishing or launching a kayak a few blocks away. The Boardwalk is about 1 mile south of the condo. Prime season rental days start and end on Saturday however nightly rates are available 2 weeks prior to check in. Linens and towels are provided. Condo is equipped with a video doorbell for an added layer of security.

We all loved our stay. This condo is adorable and spacious. The host was a pleasure to work with from check-in to check-out. We were all prepared for the steps and the stairwell was cool compared to the outside ones. Loved, loved, loved the short walk to the beach and the Periwinkle entrance. We visited the pier multiple times.
The house was great! Lots of seating in the living room. The kitchen and appliances and cookware provided were wonderful. The master bedroom is nice but the mattress, though large is past it’s prime and should really be replaced. The second bedroom has great storage but the bed is very loud and noisy when you’re on it. I’ve never seen a mattress quite like that. The lower mattress is fine and a great addition. The sofa couch is better than sleeping on the floor. The air is very loud but it was nice and cool in the unit.
We purchased the linen package and I’m glad we did. They brought lots of towels and the sheets were great.
Again, loved this location and we will be back. Enjoy your stay!
