About this house rental

41 Clara Lane is located on a cul-de-sac just minutes from Bonnet Shores and all other beaches that Narragansett has to offer. This five-bedroom house has plenty of parking, central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, wireless internet and a fire pit in the backyard for your evening enjoyment. Upper level has three bedrooms, all have queen size beds, two full bathrooms (one in the master bedroom), a kitchen, dining room and a large family room. The lower level has two additional bedrooms, both have queen size beds and a full bathroom in the hallway. There is a laundry room downstairs as well. We provide a well equipped kitchen, 10 bath towels, hand towels, linens and pillows for the five beds.

Chris communicated very well. The home itself was exactly as advertised. Very nice, and a great location. There was an issue with the air conditioning that Chris resolved promptly. Definitely a good host.

This was our 2nd year at this property. House is great for larger family. Love the location. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking gear. Love the island for meal prep. Second refrigerator is a bonus. Outdoor shower is a plus. House clean and perfect for our group . Communication with host was quick and easy. Great to be there during this crazy heatwave…beach was wonderful!
