"The house was exactly what we needed at the end of our move to RI. Well-equipped, quiet, and clean. Sunsets over the lake were a definite bonus."

Peaceful, lovely property! We especially enjoyed the large deck and listening to all the crickets & tree frogs at night. The ping-pong table and space for games downstairs was an added bonus.

This house and location worked well for us. Loved having the passes to the local beach. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful deck overlooking the pond. The second bathroom is on the lower level, which may be an issue for some people as it is away from the bedrooms.

The property needs work. It’s got great space and a beautiful location. The house is not clean.
