About this house rental
This beautiful home in Key West has been fully updated with new furnishings. It is located in the upscale Coral Hammock community, shares a beautiful community pool and a clubhouse with an exercise room that is available to our guests to use. The pool is 40 feet down a lush path. No smoking or glass is allowed in the pool area or club house.
A maximum of 6 guests two person per room, children allowed, No PETS. This is a quiet community, so no large gatherings are permitted in this home. There is no smoking inside or pets. Our motto is to have a clean and relaxing house. We take pride in caring for the house after each stay there is a 3 day window with no bookings to clean and disinfect thoroughly. No detail has been overlooked.
This is a 2 story house 2-3 vehicle limit covered parking. The house has large porches on each floor with seating. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with service for 8. House will also provide 6 beach towels (please do not leave at pool)!
All bathrooms have a shower Hose faucet handle. With 4 bath towels, 4 washcloths and 4 hand towels. Shampoo/Conditioner, Bodywash, and a small Blow-dryer.
On the upper level there are two bedrooms completely furnished, king size beds, all beds are memory foam mattresses. 43" smart TVs & HD cable free Wifi, each room has a bathroom. Master bedroom has a bathroom with a separate stand up shower and an oversized tub off to the side. Second upstairs bedroom has a stand up shower and a closet in the bathroom.
Both upstairs rooms have french doors to a large shared porch. Please no smoking inside!! The main level has a dinning table for 6 people, 50" TV, HD cable and free wifi. The bedroom off to the side of the living room has a TV with HD cable and two twin size beds that can be made into a King size. Please tell us in advance if you would like twins or king only in the down stairs bedroom.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Location was great, about a mile from Key West Island so you are not right in the center of the night life if you are looking for quiet yet everything is close. Would love to come back.

1st time trying a VRBO and this place was an excellent choice. The location is not far from Key West, it is off the main drag and in a gated location. The house was exactly as described and included may extras (Spices to cook with, alum foil, etc.) It was a very short walk to the pool and gym. The home was very clean and fit our needs perfectly. The property manager was excellent with any questions that I had and the map and how to get in were very easy to follow. A great location for a family get away.

This was the best place we have ever rented. It was clean and had all the amenities listed plus more. Having 3 masters was perfect for 3 couples. The beds were very comfortable which is very nice after an evening on Duval Street. The house is spacious enough that we didn't feel like we were right on top of each other. Would definitely stay here again.
