About this house rental
Old Town Avedon is convenient, clean, and modern. We're a short walk (4 blocks) away from Old Town Fort Collins and all the amenities it offers. Stay in this warm, comfortable home and enjoy the festivals, which occur almost weekly throughout the summer, go on tours to Fort Collins famous micro Breweries, including New Belgium and Odell Brewing Company. Close to the heart of Fort Collins public transportation (the Max), and the new CSU Football Stadium is just minutes away. Tyler, Old Town Avedon's Fort Collins native property owner, has many of his unique authentic Indonesian pieces throughout, including stunning 100 year old reclaimed teak counter tops and custom made kitchen cabinetry, all made by Tyler.
** The bathroom is sparkling new, new linens are provided. Queen size bed in master, 2 twin-size beds in second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The house has a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a fully set up kitchen. We can't wait to hear what you have to say about staying here. Perfect location in a very nice neighborhood! Walk to downtown. Hear the church bells & the train horn. Enjoy the squirrels & bunnies. Play the neighborhood personal mini-golfs. House was cozy & comfortable ; just right! Love the subtle Indonesian decor. Kitchen was nice with wooden counter tops; whole house is nicely remodeled & upgraded. Owner is super nice & close by.

We were in town for a CSU visit and a concert in Old Town. The home was as advertised and the location was excellent. Quiet neighborhood. Great walkability to Old Town and off street parking. Would recommend.
