The private backyard provides an additional gathering space and can contain pets and children of all sizes. Great property if you’re bringing dogs! Amazing backyard that is fully fenced with a dog door. House is plenty spacious and beds were comfortable. Clean home. We would definitely stay here again BUT would say it was tough sleeping in the summer heat without AC and I wish the kitchen was just a smidge more stocked/updated with newer utensils, more coffee cups, etc.

Our host was absolutely wonderful and even opened the property early for us so our poor dog could rest after a difficult day at the hospital. Great location, quiet neighborhood… Would definitely stay here again.

We booked for a week, but left early. I can sum that the listing looks good and when you first get to the house it gives that impressionbut there is a difference between a place that looks ok and is actually usable for anything other than a place to sleep. If you bring a pet, your pet will love it cause of outdoor space, though. I try to compare my stay to whether I should have stayed in a hotel... and I'm this case, I wish I had. Issues: If the weather is warm, the place is gonna get hot. There is an AC and ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms and nothing in the others. We bought fans for the other two rooms because the one box fan in the house didnt work. Also, if you have the AC on, you can't plug anything else into the wall, not even a phone charger. The AC will stop working.There were consistent issues with the kitchen breaker tripping for the fridge and microwave. The trash cans outside were already full of trash (which also is mentioned in previous comments.)Sofa cover makes the sofa look ok, but you can smell both cat pee and human pee on the couch when the room gets warm and people are sitting on the couchFinay, be aware that the house is "loud." You can't do anything really in private so make sure your comfortable with whomever you're staying with to avoid awkwardness from noises from the bathroom or bedroom. (This isn't a complaint as much as a word of caution for those who need/want some privacy)
