Location
Not enough towels. Trouble regulating the a/c. Uncomfortable sofa and chairs. Bedrooms were small.

Absolutely great location - a very easy walk to campus, which was important to us. We enjoyed the beautiful back yard space and the hot tub. We were three, and it was nice for everyone to have their own bedrooms. Two full bathrooms and a washer/dryer were also appreciated, as was the coffee pot with coffee, creamer and sugar. The homeowner was also super responsive and detail oriented. We'd definitely stay here again if we're in Fort Collins.
It's just off a busy street, which got a little noisy. But when inside it wasn't too noticeable. It was also a little odd to not have a microwave in the kitchen.
