THE SPACE
Primary Suite: King-size bed, master bath with double vanities, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, flat screen TV, and large private deck to enjoy your morning coffee at sunrise or wine under the stars.
Junior Suite: Queen-size bed with private bath shower/tub combo, closet, and flat screen TV.
Guest Bedroom #3: Bunk room: Three beds - queen sized bunk bed w/ XL twin above and twin trundle below , private bathroom with walk in shower, tv and a closet.
Laundry room: with full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Living & Dining: The entire upstairs is one large open floor plan encompassing a large flat screen tv, dining table (seats 8) and full service kitchen with bar top seating (seats 4). This is our family's home and we have a full time dedicated, super friendly and helpful property manager available to you directly by cell and in person. Our cottage is full of charm, clean (no shoes inside), well maintained, and lovingly cared for with special attention to the details for our guests enjoyment.

The property was beautiful. There is no beach view or ocean view and it is definitely not oceanfront or beachfront. It was a short walk which was fine but the stairs were a big obstacle to going down to the beach very often during our week stay. No visible sunrise or sunset from the property due to the beautiful trees. Lots of outdoor space to relax outside on the patio and balconies. The property had an incredible variety of cooking utensils and servingware. Beautiful decor. quiet. Relaxing. Just be aware that the living quarters with the kitchen and the living room and the dining room are up two flights of stairs and a small landing pad. The bedrooms are downstairs. Would be lovely if this had been reversed since we spent the majority of the time upstairs. But then again we are well aged with arthritic knees! Our property manager Eric was quick to respond to two service requests, He had DoorDash drop off a shower grab bar and safety mat one day and the next day when our blender broke, he had a new one delivered immediately! Can’t get any better than that.

This was a wonderful location for a relaxing beach vacation! This listing was exacting as advertised. I highly recommend this property and would love to come back again in the future!

We loved the house and it was a great location. Only negatives we had was that the router needed to be reset every couple of hours because the internet would go out constantly. They also had a rule that the AC could not be set to lower than 74, which during the night it would get hot and most people sleep with the thermostat lower than that. Lastly, the middle room downstairs had a really bad smell of egg water after running the shower. None of the other bathrooms did this. The whole room was filled with this smell and it took a while for it to dissipate. Lastly, I wish they would have just provided a key code for the door instead of having to get physical keys out each time out of the lock box. We own a property listed on VRBO and we just give each individual guest their own code that could be changed or added from the management teams’ phone.
