About this house rental
Enjoy our lovely, fully-furnished 2400 sq. ft. house only 30 miles from Sky Harbor Airport.
Prior to submitting a request, please know that we ask for a detailed explanation of your visit in your initial communication. This assures that both parties are happy with the rental decision. A minimum 2 week notice is required prior to rental.
This house boasts a spacious open concept family room/kitchen area with easy access through French doors to a large covered patio area with BBQ grill and a private backyard. The open concept living area has a large comfortable sectional sofa, a 50” HD TV, plus cable and WIFI. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a den, and a very spacious upstairs bonus room with an additional 47” TV. The large kitchen is fully-equipped with breakfast bar stools, eating area, and ample cabinet space for your entertaining needs. It features Corian surfaces and sink, a large pantry, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, plus everything needed for baking and cooking. Two upstairs bedrooms feature queen-size beds. The third has 2 twin beds. The bonus room hide-a-bed supports a queen-size bed, and the futon in the den allows for an additional single sleeping area. There is also an inflatable queen bed and a single mattress which can be setup if more sleeping area is required. All kitchen and bath towels and bed linens included.
The house is a five-minute drive to The Dukes golf course and only minutes more to The Southern Dunes golf course. You will have key access to two community pools, a catch and release fishing pond, a soccer field, as well as softball and baseball fields. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings by having a picnic by the lake or take a walk or jog along the many green-belt paths.
Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino is about 2 miles down the road with a huge complex that features a Multi-entertainment center with bowling, lasertag, and a 12-screen cinema with 3D capabilities and a play n’ win game center. The Firebird International Raceway is 15 minutes away. Grocery stores, restaurants, fast-food, and Walmart are all close by.

We stayed at this Maricopa VRBO for 13 days on a golf trip with my son and two other golf buddies!! Frank has a great property and great accommodations and was tremendous host. Plenty of room and space for the four of us as we played golf all but one day so were golfing primarily at Southern Dunes and The Duke in Maricopa for 8 of the days and Whirlwind in Chandler one day which is only 25 minutes north. The other 2 rounds we played an hour to hour and a half north at Dove Valley Ranch and Quintero. Played mostly afternoons as spent morning at the VRBO for breakfast then gone until
6:30 or later when we returned for dinner at the VRBO for four or five of the nights where we grilled as VRBO has a nice gas grill. Everything is great at this property so highly recommend it to all. Only thing I would recommend is that guests in the other upstairs bedrooms not in the master bedroom should consider bringing earplugs as the traffic noise gets quite loud early morning for light sleepers who are sleeping later. Also might consider bringing darkening eye mask as it gets quite a bit of early sunlight in the guest bedrooms. Master bedroom faces opposite direction so doesn’t get as much noise or sun on that side. Overall though everything was outstanding at this VRBO and would look to stay here again!!

This home was amazing, beautiful, and perfect!! My family came to Phoenix for a wedding, and we stayed for a vacation to explore Arizona. This home is exactly as described and beautiful. Extremely clean and spacious. Very quiet neighborhood. Mr. and Mrs. Riordan were wonderful people and were extremely nice and responsive. We had the best stay and vacation and would 100% rent this home again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great house for a great price! I honestly cannot say enough... we loved it! Thank you so much!
