This adorable property features a California king bed, full bed, twin bed, and queen bed, perfect for a variety of guests. With amenities like a hair dryer, iron, AC, and heating, your stay will be enjoyable and stress-free. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub and shower for your convenience. Walking distance to golf course and clubhouse in Ranch El Dorado neighborhood, about as close to PHX airport as you get in Maricopa (30 mins). Disclosure: the property has two security cameras outside on the front driveway and front door, second camera overlooks the pool.
