About this house rental

Calming home with a comfortable master bedroom & king bed. Absolutely no gatherings beyond registered guests. Max 10 guests. No parking in front of neighbors’ property. Enjoy two 85” TVs, two 75” TVs, board games, kids’ toys, and two rooms with pull-out couch beds. Next to a beautiful park and fountains. Located at the entrance of Maricopa with quick Valley access and nearby shops. Exterior security cameras on-site for safety.

This is a great property and Jay is a wonderful host! We were in Maricopa for business and were there for three weeks. At one point we had 10 people in the house. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was so nice to come "home" from working in the 100 degree heat and have a nice place to cool off and relax. The house was exactly what we expected and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Next time we are in the Maricopa area, we will look for Jay's property. Thanks for hosting us.

The house was perfect! No issues! Jay was the best host. Anything we needed he made it work. Jay was able to let us check in early. That is always easy to do or some places won't do it. Jay wanted his guest to be happy. Thanks Jay!
