The host is super friendly and informative, i can reach her everytime i'm facing issues or just asking questions. The place itself is tidy and comfy, i stayed here for 4 days long with 2 othef friends and we all love the quietness and strategic the place was for ua to explore Surabaya. I mean the legendary Zangrandi is in walking distance. The lobby staff also friendly and willingny to keep our deliveries.
There are some minor facilities that need some fix such as the bidet, AC on living room, and its shower standee. It's not like we cant use them at all but we did need to do some hacky ways just to keep using them which affected the practicality of the facilities.
