I agree with most of the positive feedback shared by other guests. I’d add one more detail worth highlighting: the apartment has a water dispenser that provides instant hot, cold, and ambient water. This is especially convenient, as guests don’t need to purchase bottled drinking water. For those who prefer boiling water for coffee or tea, a kettle is also provided.

(-) The swimming pool cannot be used because it is under renovation and works are expected to continue until the end of the year. (-) The apartment is equipped with a large smart TV, but unfortunately it does not even provide access to free-to-air channels. I raised this with the administrator, who initially said they would check with the owner. However, after following up a second time, I did not receive any response. Communication on this matter could have been better, as I expected a reply after it was promised.
